Are you a Transport Coordinator or similar, with a background in Customer Service/Administration, looking for a stable and varied role within a busy and friendly team in charge of school transport within the local authority and the opportunity to work hybrid ?

On offer is the opportunity to join a friendly team within the local council who coordinates and operates school transports for students across the county. They are committed to provide great customer service and operate transport within a tight budget.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible to organise and operate school transport including the creation of tenders, reviewing applications and improving routes. You will also be in charge of covering passenger assistants' absences and contact contractors. Finally, you will be responsible for liaising with parents, schools and other stakeholders over the telephone and via email.

This role would suit a Transport Coordinator or similar, with a background in Customer Service/Administration, looking for a varied role within a busy and friendly local authority team.

• Monday to Friday, 37 hours a week
• Hybrid
