In this role you will support the Registered Manager to take responsibility for all areas of care, safeguarding and well-being. Motivating and inspiring your team to provide the highest quality of person-centred care in all that they do. You will need to respond to the needs of each individual, acting in their best interests, developing care plans and taking the time to get to know residents needs and preferences well so that high standards of care can be delivered. You should ensure you and the team understand that the care home is the resident's home, so at all times staff need to be mindful of this and prioritize the residents and their loved ones needs.
