Appeal after vehicles were targeted by rock throwers

AN appeal for information, pictures or dashcam footage has been issued by police after rocks were thrown at cars near Dorchester. has been issued
One passenger narrowly escaped injury when one of the missles crassed through a car window.
The incidents happened on Church Hill, Piddlehinton on Monday (15 September) evening when four cars were targeted.
Police Constable Glen Caddy, of Dorchester Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: "This behaviour is extremely reckless and can cause a road traffic collision to occur, resulting in potentially serious or tragic consequences.
"Thankfully, in these four incidents nobody was injured. However, one of the vehicles was hit extremely close to the passenger window, causing it to smash with a person inside.
"I am appealing to anyone who has information about who was responsible, or saw suspicious activity at the side of the road, to please come forward.
"Similarly, if you have captured anything of relevance on dashcam footage, please get in touch."
