Dorchester Town put on a superb away performance in a 3-1 win against Merthyr Town last night in the Southern Premier South.

Goals from Louie Slough, Jordi Foot and Matt Neale secured a first win on the road in two months.

The Magpies were 2-0 up at the break before Neale sealed the points late on, Merthyr went on to grab a consolation but it was too late to mount a comeback.

This means Dorchester are in eighth place on 20 points - the win keeps them in touch with fifth-place Hanwell Town.

Dorchester welcome Salisbury to The Avenue on Saturday (29th) kick off at 3pm.
