This February half term, children can visit Shire Hall Museum in Dorchester for free.

From Saturday, February 11 to Saturday, February 18, the museum will be hosting a range of activities to keep all the family engaged this half-term.

Based in Dorchester, Shire Hall Museum brings over 200 years of history to life. With interactive galleries, immersive cells and the impressive historic courtroom, there is something for everyone at the museum.

For February half term only, up to three children per paying adult can visit Shire Hall Museum for free.

Included with entry, families can enjoy an interactive trail, craft activities and use the museum's interactive iPad guides to discover the stories of children and adults who were tried at Shire Hall.

Shire Hall Café will be open all throughout half term. Enjoy locally-sourced brunches, daily-changing lunches and delicious cakes in Shire Hall's airy mezzanine café. Children's meals and high chairs are also available.
