Our sponsor Clocktower Music is looking forward to reopening to chat, buy, sell and trade with all its customers again.

Clocktower Music is a niche shop and relies on customers actually visiting the shop. It has purposefully chosen not to sell online and to continue to offer customer the opportunity to browse the large selection of most genres of music on record and CD.

The Clocktower crew believes the advantage to customers of Clocktower mot selling online is that they can actually see all the rarities alongside the many releases available and still have plenty of time to chat with staff.

Roy Gregory, owner of Clocktower Music, said: "It is an approach that looks successful with visitors continuing to increase year on year since opening, in fact before one of the lockdowns the last two couples in store where from Alaska and Germany, showing the appeal of Dorset and vinyl records.

"The shop will reopen with its usual days and hours Wednesday to Saturday from 10am until 5pm and continue to offer a safe browsing experience as per guidelines. The one addition being that we will continue into the long term of providing and requiring customers to wear disposable gloves, it is extremely beneficial in keeping both records and CDs clean as well as limiting the spread of covid, cold and flu. Which is beneficial us all."

Clocktower is situated in the industrial heritage site of St Michael's in Bridport.
