The third successful Dorchester Business awards were held on Thursday afternoon at the The King's Arms, attend by about 70 local business leaders.

They enjoyed networking over tea and coffee before a buffet in the hotel's restaurant, after which the awards were presented in celebratory spirit, with many winners speaking about overcoming the pandemic.

The winners celebrated their success alongside the Mayor of Dorchester, Cllr Janet Hewitt, who congratulated all and paid tribute to the important part that local businesses play in the community.

"We owe a lot to Dorchester businesses that do so much for the community," she said.
