Adapted for the stage by Philip Goulding, and directed by Tim Laylock and Emma Hill, this production of The Mayor of Casterbridge combines the depth and subtlety of live performance with film and archive photography.

It has a new musical score composed by Alastair Simpson and performed by Tatterdemalion.
