Rear single storey flat roof extension.

The applicant wants to build an extension of the kitchen of the home to create a dining area.

Comments can be made on this application until April 1.

P/HOU/2022/01240 - 43 James Road

Erect single storey extension.

The applicant wants to erect a single storey 'wrap around' extension to create a lobby and prep room.

Comments can be made on this application until March 21.

P/PABA2/2022/01116 - Manor Farm, Godmanstone

Erect agricultural building to use as grain store.

The applicant wants to erect a secure, clean dry storage for high value organic cereal crops.

Comments can be made on this application until March 24.

P/HOU/2022/00706 - Wetherby House, Briantspuddle

Application for change of use to allow residential and holiday letting use for annex building which is already at the property.

The applicant wants to change the use of an annex building in order to offer residential and holiday lettings.

Comments can be made on this application until March 17.

P/VOC/2022/01149 - 1 Manor Road

Erect single storey garage to front garden (with variation of condition 2 of planning permission P/HOU/2021/02430 to amend approve plans.

The applicant wants to change the style of roof and materials of the garage which were previously approved.
