P/HOU/2022/01894 - 19 Alexandra Road
Erect single-storey rear extension (demolish existing conservatory).
The applicant wants to take down the existing conservatory and build a new single-storey rear extension to provide a garden room.

P/FUL/2022/01801 - 76 Dorchester Road
