Swing into Christmas this year with a special concert this week.
Five Star Swing will be live at Dorchester Corn Exchange on Friday, December 17.
A spokesman for Dorchester Arts said: "Five Star Swing really know how to jazz up those Jingle Bells with all your favourite songs from Glenn Miller, Sinatra, Basie, Nat King Cole."
The band features Simone from the Ivy Benson Orchestra and Chris Smith (Jnr) composer and arranger for the BBC Radio Big Band, Herb Miller Big Band (Glenn's brother), plus Tony Bennett's trombonist. They have performed on BBC's Children in Need, Dame Vera Lynn's Charity Ball and Blackpool Tower Ballroom.
Tickets cost £16 or £14 for members of Dorchester Arts, under 18s and those on low incomes. They are available from the Dorchester Arts box office on 01305 266926, in person at the Corn Exchange or at dorchesterarts.org.uk
