Hub Box will be making its Dorset debut when it opens in Brewery Square this week.

The restaurant will be open from Sunday 16th October.

They have also given a behind-the-scenes look at the new 120-seater restaurant.

Dishes at Dorchester Hub Box will include its award-winning Big Kahuna Burger, buttermilk-fried chicken Dirty Disco burger, and delicious hot dogs from Rare and Pasture; an artisan, organic charcuterie and smokery, plus a range of plant-based and meat-free alternatives.
