Join a Dorset Council free health walk in Dorchester

Want to be more active in the New Year and meet new people?

Get outside with Dorset Council's health walks.

A health walk is a free, short and regular guided walk that lasts between 10 t0 9- minutes for people of all abilities and are a great way to get more active and meet new people.

In Dorchester, walks take place every Monday at 10.30am and every Tuesday at 2.15pm. There is a rota of starting places and to get a copy email [email protected] or call 01425 480811.

Trained volunteer walk leaders are on hand to welcome participants and will provide encouragement and support throughout the walk.

There are more than 30 weekly walks to choose from across the Dorset Council area.
