Nantes Solicitors is looking for a newly qualified or trainee property/conveyancing solicitor to join its team and be based predominately in its Dorchester office.

Simon Harvey, solicitor and director, said: "It's been a record year for the conveyancing department in part due to the stamp duty tax relief.

"It's an exciting time to have a new member join our growing department as we continue to do well across the firm."

The successful candidate will handle traditional residential leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages and shared ownership transactions from start to finish.

Training and support will be provided as required.

There is a competitive salary which will be based on experience level and qualifications.

Requirements

Applications are welcome from qualified CILEX/Licensed Conveyancers - unless applying as a trainee.

Applicants must have strong interpersonal skills and be willing to live and work in the West Dorset area.
