To support our local hospitality businesses, this week's round-up of jobs will include roles available in restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars in and around Dorchester.

Here's what is available:

Waiting staff and cook

Relax Coffee Lounge and Café is looking for full or part-time café assistant, waiter or waitress and a cook to join its team.

For the waiting staff position, full training will be given but the successful candidate will need to be outgoing, friendly and keen to be part of a team. They will be required to serve customers, clear tables, make drinks and support the team as required.

For the cook, duties will include basic cooking, frying, prepping salads and sandwiches and daily specials.

Waiting staff and bar staff

Hardy's pub and the recently opened The Last Post is looking for staff to join its team across the board.

Waiting staff, bartender, chef de partie and junior sous chef

The Club House in West Bexington is looking for waiting staff, bartender/mixologist chef de partie and junior sous chef to join its team.

Waiting staff - the ideal candidate will be experienced in working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and be able to complete tasks to a high standard whilst under pressure. Training will be given. Find more information and apply here.

Bartender/mixologist - The successful candidate will ideally have barista and mixology experience with a creative flair and knowledge of wine. Find more information and apply here.

Chef di partie - The successful candidate will have experience and assist and support chefs in all aspects of kitchen duties, preparation of food and service. Find more information and apply here.

Junior sous chef - The ideal candidate will have experience and passion to produce quality food using locally sourced ingredients and provide assistance to the chefs in running a kitchen. Find more information and apply here.

Café all-rounder

Shire Hall Historic Courthouse Museum is looking for someone to join its café team for 16 hours a week.

The successful candidate will serve customers with food and drink orders and take payments, assist in preparation of café and counters before, during and at the end of service, offer customers amazing standards of customer service and care and more.
