Dorset Council is looking for an employee wellbeing advisor to develop and deliver its employee wellbeing service.

The post involves providing support across the workforce to improve organisational health and responsibilities include providing advice and guidance, managing referrals to the talking therapies service and the delivery of the wellbeing programme across the council.
