Infection rates continue to fall across Dorset but levels are still high and above the South West average.
Public Health Dorset reports there are 1,001 coronavirus cases in the Dorset Council area, compared to 1,175 on January 22, and 2,342 in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council area, compared to 3,138.
In the Dorset Council area, the seven day case rate per 100,000 of the population is 264.5, compared to 310.4 on January 22, and 592.4 in the BCP Council area, compared to 793.8.
There are currently 537 Covid-19 patients in hospital beds in Dorset, compared to 552 on January 22.
According to Gov.uk 340 people have died within 28 days of a positive test in Dorset.
A spokesman for Public Health Dorset said: "Local infection rates have fallen again this week but they are not falling quickly and are still at high levels.
"The BCP Council area now has the 15th highest rate out of all local authorities in the UK. The BCP rate - 592.4 - is still a lot higher than the average rates for England - 373.2 - and the South West - 247.9.
"The Dorset Council rate - 264.5 - is also higher than the south west average.
"Hospital admissions have levelled off but local NHS services are still under significant pressure and we are also seeing outbreaks in care settings across Dorset. Sadly, these factors mean Covid-related deaths continue to rise.
"It remains critically important that everyone stays at home as much as possible and only goes out for essential reasons. The more we stay at home, the fewer chances the virus has to spread, meaning we can bring infection rates down further, reduce the pressure on our health and care system and save lives.
"Anyone who develops any symptoms of Covid-19, even if they are mild, should book a test straight away. You must stay at home with your household until you get your results; only leave home to get tested."
