The applicant wants to remove a Section 106 agreement attached to planning permission for an annex and double garage due to a change of circumstances.

P/HOU/2022/03351 - 29 Manor Road

Erect single-storey rear extension, first floor side extension over existing roof slope of garage, provision of new porch, demolition of conservatory and internal alterations.

The applicant wants to erect an extension to provide a utility room and en-suite, create a front porch and remove existing conservatory.
