Brewery Square is kicking off the school summer holidays with a family fun day.
Enjoy a beach-themed event on Sunday, August 1 with a range of activities for all the family from 12noon to 4pm.
The square will be buzzing with live music, including performances Molly Waters and Will, accordionist John Slater, and Ansell & Gretel. Caricature artist Kevin Rye from Rye Smile Caricatures will be on hand to entertain visitors with real-time quirky portraits.
Visitors will also be able to play a range of games, cool down with ice creams and kick back in Brewery Square's giant deck chair.
Charlotte Spracklen, centre manager at Brewery Square said: "The heatwave has reminded us all of the wonders of the British summer and our guests have loved visiting Brewery Square to bask in the sun while indulging in some retail therapy.
"As the summer holidays officially begin, we wanted to share this exciting time with our visitors by hosting a series of family-friendly events that are sure to make everyone smile."
