The show will go on again for Charity Angels

2025 sees the return of the Charity Angels UK Dorchester Fashion Show following the success of the 2023 fashion show.
The Show in 2023 was an amazing event, raising nearly £9000 for the Against Breast Cancer charity and raising awareness about breast cancer.
The Show featured 14 local women as models, all of whom had personal experience of breast cancer. They strutted their stuff on the catwalk to show how far they have come and that you can look good and feel terrific even after such a difficult diagnosis.
Their courage and strength raised funds for Against Breast Cancer supporting research into secondary breast cancer.
The Show 2025 will take place on Thursday 16 October (6pm - 9pm) at the newly refurbished Dorchester Arts.
A range of local retailers will provide outfits for different 'scenes' in the show.
Orgainsers have expressed delight that RiskSTOP Group Ltd and CG Fry and Sons are, once again, offering their support as Gold sponsors.
The event's sponsors say why they are proud to support the Show:-
"At RiskSTOP Group, we put people at the heart of everything we do, which is why we're once again supporting the Charity Angels UK Dorchester Fashion Show, raising funds for Against Breast Cancer. It's a brilliant event, full of heart, and we're delighted to be a small part of it."
"CG Fry is honoured to support this valuable charity which helps so many people, including some of our own staff members."
Every year over 55,000 women and approx. 400 men are diagnosed with breast cancer in the UK. Survival rates have improved hugely in the last 30 years with treatment tailored to individuals and their specific breast cancer. However, around 8,000 women will lose their lives to what is still a scary and cruel disease.
Few, if any of us do not know someone who has been touched by breast cancer. Women and families talk of their shock, the devastating side effects that can occur – hair loss, weight gain, low level infections. Part of their recovery is rediscovering themselves and learning to live with this new 'normal'. The Charity Angels UK Dorchester Fashion Show aims to help with this important rediscovery.
Tickets for The Show will be available from September at £30 per head to include a fizz and canape reception, entertainment and a commemorative programme.
