For a little while now I have been wanting to try Dorchester's New Street Bakery, but our timing hasn't match until this week.

I was able to pop in at lunchtime to try out one of its filled rolls.

There was so much choice, it took me a few minutes of looking at the menu outside and again inside before choosing a honey chilli chicken roll with all the trimmings.

For those who do not like chilli or hot foods, do not be put off, the chilli was very subtle and cooled by the honey - making it absolutely delicious.

It was a big roll, definitely enough, but I also couldn't resist trying one of New Street Bakery's raspberry croissants, which was gone before I could even take a photo.

I would definitely recommend it as a lunchtime stop and I will be back to try another and pick up a loaf!
