A Dorchester woman is due to appear at Weymouth Magistrates' Court after a fail-to-stop crash

A 67-year-old woman is due to appear in court in connection with a fail-to-stop crash in Dorchester.

It was reported that at around 1.10pm on Tuesday, December 21, a grey Mini Clubman crashed into a stationary silver Mercedes in the car park outside Parkhouse Pet Supplies on the Marabout Industrial Estate.

The driver of the Mini allegedly failed to stop at the scene and drove out of the car park without leaving their details.

Following enquiries, a 67-year-old woman from the Dorchester area has been issued with a postal requisition to appear at Weymouth Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, May 24 for offences of failing to stop after a road accident and failing to report a road accident.
