Spike Fitness in Poundbury recently held a charity boxathon, raising more than £700 for Asthma UK.

The boxathon saw continuous boxing with four participants every hour for 12 hours and the event also marked the opening of SFHQ 2.0 – the latest addition to Spike Fitness, a larger expansion next to Spike Fitness HQat Parkway Farm Business Park.

The new unit has a variety of new equipment for clients to use and over double the floor space for small group training classes. The original HQ is now more spacious with extra machines to help everyone on their fitness journeys.
