Infection rates remain at high levels across Dorset, but there has been a slight decrease.
Public Health Dorset reports that there are 2,168 cases in the last seven days in the Dorset Council area, compared to 2,231 on November 26, and 2,418 in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council area, compared to 2,354 on November 26.
Tickets are now on sale for next year's Dorchester Beerex.
The popular event, which attracts beer connoisseurs from near and far, returns to Dorchester Corn Exchange on February 4 and 5 with lunchtime and evening sessions.
Free parking continues in Dorchester this weekend.
Park4FREE was relaunched this year and shoppers can enjoy free parking in most Dorset Council-run car parks in the town on Small Business Saturday on December 4 as well as on Wednesday, December 22, December 27 and 28 and January 3.

A report recommending a 20-year lease of Dorset Council's South Walks House building in Dorchester to the NHS will be discussed next option.
This is the authority's preferred option for the future of the building and will come before Dorset Council's cabinet on December 7. Local NHS organisations will make their decision on this in February/March 2022.
