INTRODUCTION TO CHEN-STYLE TAIJIQUAN 3
Saturday 17 February, Saturday 16 March and Saturday 20 April 2024, 9:30 - 12:30.
This course will cover breathing, Zhan Zhuang standing meditation, Chen-style Tai Chi Silk-Reeling exercises and the movements of a Chen-style Tai Chi Short Form.
Suitable for a new intake of beginners as well as previous students.
