Another Dorchester town centre office building could be converted to flats.

The latest application is for a former estate agents at 51 High West Street, with a request to Dorset Council for a change of use from office and ancillary accommodation to provide three flats.

One would be one-bed, the others both two-bed. The building is listed, grade 2, and lies within the town's conservation area.

A similar application was made for a nearby building earlier in the month which was supported by Dorchester town council.

Other local applications include:

23 Cornwall Road, new home with integral garage and garden store;

52 & 52A South Street, two storey rear extension and internal alterations;

Watcombe Farm, Forston installation of ground source heat pump;

18 Long Street, Cerne Abbas, internal and external alterations to include a single storey extension;

4 Walnut Court, Hawthorn Road, Charlton Down, garden room;

Manor Farm House, Main Road, Godmanstone, alter existing annexe including attic conversion and changes to windows, new external balcony and access steps;

1 Park Farm Close, Martinstown, details of design on previous outline application for new home;

12 New Street, Puddletown, widen access gates and internal alterations, add roof lights;

4 Walnut Court, Hawthorn Road, Charlton Down, build garden room;

Flintlock Farm, I Black Hill Farmhouse, Old Sherborne Road, Cerne Abbas, application for an exempted camp site.
