As well as enjoying a snack or a meal and drinks at the Pavilion in the Park (PiP), visitors can also pick up a book.

The book exchange at the Alcohol Education Trust's PiP on the Great Field, Poundbury, is now up and running with lots of books to choose from. Please swap a book or take one for a donation, or even just bring a book to keep them stocked up.

PiP is open Tuesday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm and 10am to 5pm on Sundays.

The brand-new community space opened on May 17. It sits 16 comfortably and has a mini kitchen/fridge or meetings and groups can be catered for from the café. It costs £10 an hour for community groups and charities and £15 for businesses.

Email [email protected] or call 01305 259142 for more details or to book.
