There will be a late-night Christmas shopping spectacular at Goulds this evening.

The household and fashion stores on South Street in Dorchester will be open from 5pm to 9pm with welcome drinks and nibbles, food and drink tastings, and other offers throughout both stores - including the chance to win a £250 gift card.

In addition to the in-store offers, all Goulds reward cardholders will receive a money-off voucher with their purchase on the evening. The voucher will be valid in any Goulds Stores from Thursday 3rd until Sunday 13th November.

Director Chris Gould said: "For those whose family Christmas will be especially hard, we will be fundraising for Home Start West Dorset. This is a valuable charity offering help and support to local families through their toughest times. We have donated some great prizes for a fundraising raffle, including a £250 gift card, food hamper, a luxury Estee Lauder Beauty Box (worth £369) and more."

Customers in the fashion store can expect to see several improvements from a new lingerie department to Autumn Winter collections and a new look perfumery section with the added bonus of 20% discount on fragrance gift sets, lingerie and across selected fashion, including Barbour. Plus 10% off all other perfume sales on the night and a complimentary cosmetic gift-wrapping service.

A few steps away, in the Household store, The Dorset Kitchen Farm Shop will be holding tasting sessions from local producers, from Fordington Gin to Moores Biscuits. There will also be a "fill your own hamper" service and discounts and offers across the household, dining and Christmas ranges. Enjoy 20% off selected KitchenAid, Cuisinart, Emma Bridgewater, SMEG, Christmas Trees and decorations and more.
