On Monday (19th) Dorchester supermarkets will be closing to pay respects to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, who passed away on Thursday the 8th of September 2022.

These include Tesco, Co-op, Lidl, Waitrose, and Iceland.

Tesco, Weymouth Avenue

Large stores will be closed all day on Monday (19th) and Express stores will open from 5pm-10pm. Opening hours will return to normal from Tuesday 20th September.

Co-op, Trinity Square

Co-op stores will be closed until 5pm on Monday (19th).

Lidl, The Grove

Lidl will be closing its stores on the day of the funeral.

Waitrose, Tudor Arcade

Waitrose stores will be closed all day for the funeral.

Iceland, Trinity Street

UK stores, online delivery, and home delivery services will be closed on Monday 19th September.

Sainsbury's Local, Bridport Road

All Sainsbury's supermarkets, Habitat showrooms, and Argos stores will be closed on Monday. However, convenience stores and petrol stations will be open from 5pm to allow customers to pick up essentials.
