Erect rear extension: To extend 8.0 metres beyond the rear wall of the dwelling house: maximum height 2.8 metres: height to eaves 2.6 metres.

The applicants wants to build a rear extension to provide a sun room.

Comments can be made on this application until April 1.

P/HOU/2021/03195 - 18 Dorchester Road, Grimstone

Erect first floor extension and solar panels to garage/home office and store to form ancillary accommodation.

The applicant wants to build an additional storey above the garage/home office footprint to provide accommodation.

Erect single-storey flat roof rear/side extension (demolish existing conservatory).

The applicant wants to remove the existing conservatory and build a single-storey extension to provide a dining area.
