Police appeal after the front door of a property in Broadmayne is damaged

The front door of a property near Dorchester has been damaged and police are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information.

At 9.40pm on Friday, February 25, the victim returned to the property near St Martin's Church in Broadmayne to find that the door had been damaged.

It's believed the damage was caused some time between 8.40pm and 9.40pm.

Police Constable Dave Ash, of West Dorset police, said: "I am appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident during the evening of Friday, February 25 to please contact Dorset Police.

"I am also keen to hear from anyone who may have captured any suspicious activity in the area on either home CCTV systems or dashcam footage."
