Wellbeing by the Lakes returns to Dorchester's Sculpture by the Lakes

Switch off and immerse yourself in one of the most relaxing and tranquil places in Dorset.

Wellbeing by the Lakes returns to Sculpture by the Lakes, near Dorchester, this week as a five-day festival, offering a range of sessions, therapies, exercise and more to enable you to be mindful and slow down.

It starts tomorrow (Wednesday, September 8) until Sunday (September 12).

Once you have booked your entry ticket, you can create your own festival programme by seeing what is on each day and booking the paid classes and sessions you want to attend.

Choose from laughter yoga, vinyasa flow yoga, barre HIIT, Pilates, breathwork, sound healing gong baths, introduction to Tai Chi and much more.

There are also creative art experiences such as pottery throwing, flower crow floristry, as well as a range of healing therapies, including deep tissue massage, reiki, crystal healing and reflexology.

In between booked sessions you can explore the sculpture park, listen to an expert speaker or simply sit and relax.
