Businesses are starting to firm up plans for reopening in April or May as they eagerly await to welcome back customers.

Here's what some of the Dorchester businesses have planned:

Hotter Shoes is reopening on Monday, April 12 and offering £20 off a full price pair of shoes if customers have their feet scanned using its 3D fitting service, as well as sale items.

Goldies is hoped to reopen on April 12 using its courtyard. Entry and exit will be through the front door as usual and the team will post a further update nearer the time.

Langham Wine Estate will be welcoming visitors back for tours, tastings and lunches from Wednesday, April 14 and will be open Wednesdays to Sundays from 10am to 5pm.

Xtreme Falconry will be reopening on April 12, government restrictions allowing.

The Blue Raddle will reopen on May 21, initially opening on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. More information can be found here.

The Royal Oak will reopen on April 12, government restrictions allowing.

Old Ship Inn will be reopening its doors on April 12.

Sydney Arms will reopen on April 12.

Tom Browns Pub will be reopening on April 12. Hamza's Syrian and Middle Eastern Cuisine is offering takeaways from the pub. Find more information here.

Trumpet Major will be opening on April 12. Find more information here.

Victoria Hotel will be opening on April 12. More information can be found here.

Duchess of Cornwall Inn plans to reopen on May 20. Find more information here.

Hardy's Pub Will reopen on May 17. Find more information here.

The Sun Inn will reopen on April 12. Find more information here.

Chalk and Cheese in Maiden Newton will reopen on April 16 on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays until May 12. Find more information here

Brewer's Arms in Martinstown will reopen on April 16. The pub is currently offering takeaways. Find more information here.

The Frampton Arms, Moreton, will be opening on May 17. Find more information here.

The Thimble Inn in Piddlehinton will reopen on April 30. The pub is currently offering takeaways. Find more information here.

Brace of Pheasants in Plush will be reopening on May 19. Find more information here.

Wise Man Inn, West Stafford, will be reopening on April 12. The pub is currently offering takeaway. Find more information here.

Cerne Abbas Brewery will be reopening on April 17. Beer can still be bought from its website.

The Giant Inn in Cerne Abbas will reopen on April 12. The pub is currently offering takeaway food. Find more information here.
