Dorset County Hospital is looking for a support worker to be part of a new tobacco dependency team working across Dorset supporting inpatients who smoke within Dorset County Hospital and Dorset Healthcare Hospital Trusts.

The post holder will be working with the respiratory team within Dorset County Hospital alongside ward environments.

The role involves caring for patients that have a diagnosis of dementia that are in crisis within the community.
