EXTENSIONS could be springing up in villages close to Dorchester if recent planning proposals are approved.

One exception, among the latest applications, is for the demolition of farm buildings at Forston, the owners saying that the four buildings are beyond their useful life with the site needing to be cleared for a future farm building, more suited to needs.
