Southover Frampton: (P/HOU/2025/07438) seeks permission to erect a detached single-storey oak-framed garage and log store at Southover Lodge, Longlands Orchard, near the West Lodge junction (DT2 9NQ).

Winterbourne Abbas: ( P/PPRD/2025/06818) the partial removal of a front garden wall at Roseleigh, Manor Farm Lane, to improve access to the driveway (DT2 9LP).

Martinstown: Home improvement plans feature at Limbury, Weymouth Road (DT2 9JL), where application P/HOU/2025/07399 proposes a new dormer window on the northwest elevation, along with double doors and a terrace.

Sydling St Nicholas: A more substantial agricultural proposal comes from Dollens Farm on High Street (DT2 9PD). Application P/FUL/2025/06006 outlines the installation of a slurry storage bag, slurry separator, reception pit, and associated infrastructure.

These applications are now open for public comment via Dorset Council's planning portal.
