The Hive is back with a new cookbook - and with your support it will help train a new guide dog

A new cookbook from one of Dorset's most prestigious restaurant companies will bring a flavour of the county's coast to your home – and help The Guide Dog UK charity.

The cuisine that has elevated the Hive Beach Café in Burton Bradstock, The Watch House Café in West Bay and The Club House in West Bexington to the highest levels is featured in a third volume.

The Hive's Beach Company's two previous two cookbooks have been warmly received and 'The Hive Beach Café cookbook; Volume III features a variety of recipes from seafood to pasta, to breakfast pancakes and pizza.

The Hive's chefs' passion for sustainability and sourcing the freshest ingredients shine through this book.

The new volume costs £16.99 and £2 from every cookbook sold will go towards The Guide Dog UK charity, where Hive Beach Café are sponsoring the naming and training of a puppy.
