A treat for classical music lovers
The third of the Janeba Kanneh-Mason clan to establish herself as a soloist, Jeneba recently made her BBC Proms debut with the Chineke! Orchestra, performing the Florence Price Concerto and was heralded by the press as "demonstrating musical insight, technical acuity, and an engaging performing persona".
She will perform at Dorchester Corn Exchange on Friday, January 20.
Live history!
Join the Keep Military Museum in Dorchester on Saturday, January 21 for the first of its Living History Saturdays.
The museum will be welcoming members of the 1st Battalion of the Dorsetshire Regiment Living History Association, who will be putting displays on throughout the museum galleries to bring military history to life.
Enjoy an 80s throwback
Make your own slap bracelets, watches and bangles, all inspired by Dorset Museum's I Grew Up 80s exhibition.
This free event is included as a part of your entrance ticket/annual pass or membership.
