INTRODUCTION TO CHEN-STYLE TAIJIQUAN (T'AI CHI) PART 2

Saturday 23 September 2023, Saturday 21 October and Saturday 25 November, 9:30 - 12:30.

This course will cover breathing, Zhan Zhuang standing meditation, Chen-style Tai Chi Silk-Reeling exercises and the movements of a Chen-style Tai Chi Short Form.

Suitable for a new intake of beginners as well as previous students.

Course fee: £81 (with early-bird discount, £27 deposit upon booking plus balance of £54 to be paid on or before 9th September 2023. Otherwise, £90 in two instalments of £30 and £60.)
