• Running monthly reports, monitoring project costs and sticking within budgets
• Reviewing tender documents and evaluate bids and proposals
• Handling accurate document information of project costs
• Providing support and guidance with managing cost control
• Matching requirement lists, chase quotations and subcontractors
• Liaising with teams to create and implement cost saving strategies

To be successful in this Commercial Administrator role, you will need to have:

• Previous experience within a building contractor or construction industry
• Solid understanding of Excel spreadsheets and IT skills
• Experience as a Accountancy Administrator/ Finance Administrator/ Construction Administrator
