On behalf of our client, ITS Construction Professionals South are searching for an experienced Aftercare Manager to join a dynamic and forward-thinking Residential Developer based in Dorset. Due to continued growth and an order book which stretches well past 2025 they are looking to add an experienced Aftercare Manager to oversee and manage a team responsible for post-construction of luxury bespoke developments including snagging, latent defects, liaising with subcontractors to monitor progress, client communication and budget management. Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently and effectively be responsible for Customer Care on the project
  • Assisting the project to meet its customer satisfaction targets
  • Manage the team of Customer Care staff effectively
  • Ensure that the Customer Care Department fully implements company policy and procedures
  • Deal with customer care issues professionally and quickly and to their complete satisfaction
  • To manage all customer-related issues through to resolution
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with the Construction, Technical and Sales Departments to ensure Customer Care issues are minimised
  • Act as the first point of call out on emergency situations
Skills, Experience, Qualifications & Competencies
  • Experience as a Customer Care / Aftercare Manager on new build residential developments
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Good administration skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • An excellent communicator
  • Have strong commercial awareness.
  • Good IT knowledge with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and outlook)
