Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with pupils and understand their individual needs
• Provide 1:1 and group support as directed
• Follow safeguarding guidelines at all times

Essentials for the job:

• Level 2 or 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, or equivalent
• Current Enhanced DBS, on the DBS Update Service or willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Check
• Able to commute to schools across the Weymouth and Dorchester area
