Hours: 37 hours per week Location: Dorchester Rate: Up to 48 umbrella an hour

Job Description

Dorset Council are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fostering Team Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of fostering social workers, ensuring that the highest standards of care are provided to children and young people in foster care.

The Fostering Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, assessment, and training of foster carers, as well as managing the placement of children and young people in foster care. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that the team meets all regulatory requirements and standards.

Requirements

• Qualified Social Worker with significant experience in fostering
• Experience in managing and leading a team of social workers
• Social Work England registered
• Social Work Qualification
