- Ensure the delivery of person-centered care to all residents.
- Manage and support staff, providing guidance and supervision.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to meet business objectives and CQC compliance.
- Maintain optimum occupancy through strategic marketing.
- Oversee management information reporting and budget controls.
- Work with Hospitality and Maintenance teams to uphold high standards.
- Annual salary of 70,000.
- Up to 10% performance-based bonus.
- 30 days holiday, increasing to 35 days with service.

- At least 3 years' experience in a Care Home Manager position
