Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a luxury hotel near Dorchester, Dorset, and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join their team to assist them through from the end of April/Beginning of May till September.

What's involved? This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie who is looking for work through the busy summer season at a consistent and lovely hotel. The Team is led by a calm and talented Executive Head Chef who takes pride in maintaining a welcoming yet professional kitchen.

The restaurant operates at a 3 AA Rosette level with an award winning restaurant and popular afternoon tea.

You will be responsible for the complete running of a section, general mise en place etc and assisting wherever needed to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.
