Key duties

• Place adverts and proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, internal databases, local and sector specific job fairs and referrals
• Match and select suitable candidates from applications received, screening candidates over the telephone and face-to-face
• Work with the Compliance team to ensure all candidates are fully compliant to work with appropriate safeguarding checks complete
• Provide excellence in customer service and administrative support to Talent Partners including the flow of candidates between the external supply chain and hiring managers
• Input all relevant information relating to vacancies, candidate submissions and workers onto the Connect2Dorset systems

What we need from you

• Able to confidently interact with a variety of audiences in person, on the telephone and in writing
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritise proactively
• Able to build rapport quickly and effectively
