Refuse Loader, Dorchester
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to work as a Refuse Loader for our client.
As a Refuse Loader, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading materials and products.
What you can expect:
- Pay 11.98 per hour.
- Standard working pattern: Mon-Fri 06:00 - 14:00 (13:30 Friday)
- You'll be joining a friendly and supportive team, picking up household, business, and other types of waste as well as recycling from different spots.
- You'll help sort out recycling materials.
- You'll talk to people in a nice and professional way. If they have questions or something's bothering them, you're there to help sort it out.
- You'll stay safe and keep others safe too. We follow health and safety rules very seriously, and you'll also help our drivers make sure the vehicle is moved safely.
- The role will include other ad-hoc tasks as required, such as general cleaning on site for example.
- This is a very active role walking long distances daily, in all weather conditions.
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- PPE Mid-sole safety shoes + Hi-Vis
- We are looking for someone who loves working outdoors and doesn't mind getting their hands dirty.
- It would be great if you like talking to people and helping to solve problems.
- To conform with strict health and safety requirements, the role is subject to random and regular drug testing.
- Flexibility around bank holiday working (1.5x pay uplift)
