Eight Pieces of Brocade Qigong Workshop

The Eight Pieces of Brocade Qigong set is an excellent introduction to Chinese health and exercise systems. This course will cover breathing, Zhan Zhuang standing meditation and the movements of the Eight Pieces of Brocade Qigong set, with intermediate level details for the more experienced.

Suitable for beginners as well as previous students.
